Spanning across a remarkable built-up area exceeding 78,500 sq.m., and a plot area of 16,450 sq.m. the project will represent the evolving demands of modern living.
Featuring three interconnected blocks on a single plot, the “Greenside” Residence represents elegance and sophistication. Block C (B+G+P) serves as the parking space for the entire project; whereas, Block A above extends from level 1 to 19, while Block B spans from level 1 to 22, offering over 490 units in total, including 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments.
With a targeted completion timeline of 912 days, MEPCO remains steadfast in delivering the project by 2027.
