MEPCO takes pride in contributing essential MEP services by providing the systems which are crucial for the functionality, comfort, safety, and energy efficiency of this vibrant landscape of Dubai Hills Estate.

Spanning across a remarkable built-up area exceeding 65,000 sq.m., and a plot area of 11,560 sq.m. the project will represent the evolving demands of modern living.

Featuring two residential buildings joined on a (G+2P), with one extending from 1 to 14 floors and the other from 1 to 18 floors, the ‘Parkside Hills’ Residence offers over 370 units, including 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments.

With a targeted completion timeline of 880 days, MEPCO remains steadfast in delivering the project by 2027.
