The project consists of designing and constructing 2 New Warehouses (G Only) and 2 Showrooms (G+M) Buildings at Sharjah, U.A.E.
MEPCO is dedicated to executing the project with precision and efficiency, ensuring that all aspects of design, construction, testing, and commissioning are meticulously carried out.
Our responsibilities include the Design and Construction of Two New Warehouses and Showroom Buildings (G+M), covering a total area of over 70,000 Sq.m.
Each warehouse will include four individual spaces, designed with Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) for the steel frame, sandwich panel roofing, and hollow core slabs for partitioning. The showroom buildings will feature a mezzanine floor for office use, with a standing seam roofing system.
MEPCO is focused on completing the project within the planned schedule, with final delivery set for 2026.
